1. 說(shuō)明: 假定你是王明(中國(guó)籍), 去海口旅游度假, 于2005年6月10日入住白云賓館3002房間, 6月20日離店。臨走時(shí)填寫(xiě)了一份問(wèn)卷調(diào)查表。

3)建議:

A)因酒店位于海邊, 交通不方便.周圍的商業(yè)設(shè)施比較少, 建議酒店每天能提供免費(fèi)班車, 方便來(lái)海邊度假的住店客人去市區(qū)購(gòu)買所需商品.

B)建議酒店與相關(guān)公司聯(lián)系, 為住店客人提供租車服務(wù).

I am satisfied with the overall management and services of the restaurant.
Nevertheless, there are two suggestions for you. First, as your restaurant is by the sea, the traveling is not quite convenient and commercial facilities are very limited. Therefore, I would appreciate if you could offer free shuttle buses to the customers every day. With the buses the guests on holiday can go downtown for shopping more convenient. Secondly, I hope the restaurant can contact the related company to provide the customers with car rental service.
