(1) Terms of payment : By 100% confirmed, Irrevocable, Transferable and Divisible Letter of Credit to be available by sight draft and to remain valid for negotiation in China until the 15th day after the aforesaid time of shipment.

(2) Quality Discrepancy :In case of quality discrepancy ,claim should be filed by the buyers within 3 months after the arrival of the goods at port of destination, while of quantity discrepancy, claim should be filed by the Buyers within 15 days after the arrival of the goods at port of destination .It is understood that the sellers shall not be liable for any lost of the goods shipped due to causes for which the Insurance Company ,Shipping Company ,other transportation organization or Post Office are liable.

(3) Shipping Documents: The seller shall present the following documents to the bank of China for negotiation of payment:

1. Invoice in triplicate (the invoice shall bear the contract’s number);

2. Clean on board Bill of Lading in duplicate;

3. Certificate of quality and weight issued by the China Import&Export Commodity Inspection Bureau each in triplicate;

4. Insurance policy.

(2)品質(zhì)/數(shù)量異議：凡屬品質(zhì)異議，由賣方在貨到目的港3個(gè)月內(nèi)索賠;凡屬數(shù)量異議，由賣方在貨到目的港15日內(nèi)索賠。賣方不對(duì)任何由保險(xiǎn)公司、輪船公司，其他運(yùn)輸機(jī)構(gòu)或郵局引起的貨物異議負(fù)責(zé)。

(3)裝運(yùn)單據(jù)：買房需提交下列單據(jù)給中國(guó)銀行議付：

1.發(fā)票一式三份(發(fā)票需提供合同號(hào));

2.清潔提單一式兩份;

3.由中國(guó)進(jìn)出口商品檢驗(yàn)局出具的質(zhì)量和重量證書(shū)各一式三份;

4.保險(xiǎn)單。
